Hannah Van Eenooghe - a MORO muse ✨

Embark on a journey through the lives of our customers, the heartbeat of MORO's vision. As we delve into their imperfectly sustainable lifestyles, you'll witness choices that resonate with our shared commitment.

Recently we had a chat with the lovely Hannah Van Eenooghe: Architect at JUNO Architects, mother of 2-year old Jule, with a passion for design, interior and food.

DESCRIBE YOURSELF IN THREE WORDS

Optimistic - empathetic - creative

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR 'HOME'
A safe, sheltered place. Where calmness and coziness take precedence, both alone, in our cocoon of three, and with family and friends.

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOU IN YOUR SPARE TIME?
With a toddler at home, free time is very limited. But when Jule is asleep, I love to cozy up somewhere at home with a magazine. When I really have my freedom, you'll find me with friends in a coffee or lunch bar or in the 'cycling cube,' one of the few moments I still engage in physical activity but when I do, I thoroughly enjoy it.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR INTERIOR STYLE?
Calm with a soft Mediterranean vibe. A process where the right objects come together gradually. There's nothing better than finally finding the right piece of furniture or decoration after a long search.
WHAT DOES SUSTAINABILITY MEAN TO YOU?

Becoming more conscious of my daily rituals and how I can make them more sustainable. No grand gestures, but starting with small actions. Not temporary solutions but long-lasting ones that are good for our environment.

WHAT ROLE DOES SUSTAINABILITY HAVE IN YOUR LIFE?

More and more, especially with the arrival of Jule, I look at what sustainability can mean. For example, in toys, don't you want to be able to play with the same toys with your grandchildren later? Reusable cotton pads, reducing water consumption, eco-friendly products, small steps to contribute to this planet.

WHY MORO?
MORO is the beginning of those small daily rituals that can contribute to a more sustainable life. The awareness that MORO has brought to me is tremendous! How MORO innovatively deals with water and plastic is a real eye-opener. The constant refilling of the same beautiful glass bottle, with the refill not containing water in advance, is an igenius concept.

In addition to this sustainable idea, beauty is also one of the greatest values for me. Before the existence of MORO, I always searched for a beautiful soap bottle that also fits into the interior... this search is over. The current three colors can be switched in the interior to refresh the look. Did I mention they also smell delightful?

COMPLETE THE SENTENCE: MORO IS...
MORO is the most beautiful bottle at home with the most brilliant idea behind it for this planet.
